夾具訂制

AGG可在機(jī)械手和模具間提供精i準(zhǔn)的中心。

注塑模具內(nèi)金屬嵌件安放時(shí)尤其要注意這一點(diǎn)。

夾具AGG...B 安裝在EOAT上，鋼管 AGG...C 安裝在模具上。

一旦機(jī)械手向模具靠近，夾具在壓力的作用下逐步向鋼管靠近，

并與之接觸。

AGG21-B 和 AGG30-B 采用的是雙動(dòng)作安全彈簧，確保在壓縮空

氣 (NC)缺失時(shí)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。

AGG19-B 采用的是單動(dòng)作復(fù)位彈簧(NO)。

Gripper for engagement

The AGG is used to provide a pcise centering between the robot

and the mould.

This necessary when metal inserts must be p1aced in the

mould, before the p1astic injection.

The gripper AGG…-B is fitted on the EOAT, while the steel bushing

AGG…-C is fitted on the mould.

once the robot has approached the mould, the gripper is

pssurized, thus it closes and engages the bushing.

AGG21-B and AGG30-B are double-acting with a safety spring to

keep the gripper engaged even without compssed air (NC).

AGG19-B is single-acting with reset spring (NO).

contact).

編程2個(gè)串聯(lián)的SB8F

要串聯(lián)連接兩個(gè)或多個(gè)SB8F，只需連接link通道，如圖所示。有線link-OUT（盒子N1）的盒子是主盒，而有線link-IN（盒子N2）的盒子是從盒。要正確存儲(chǔ)全部系統(tǒng)有線輸入，只需按從盒上的AUTOSET按鈕即可。在輸入讀取和存儲(chǔ)期間，所連接的SB8F的全部紅燈（READING）將開始閃爍。 在編程結(jié)束時(shí)，將啟用全部SB8F黃燈（STORED）（和各個(gè)輸出），并且也啟用紅燈（READING）（表示啟用了link-IN通道上每個(gè)SB8F入口處連接的SB8F輸出）。
